Agung Sedayu Group is one of the largest property developer in Indonesia. Established in 1971 as a building contractor and developed fairly fast because of its quality and credibility. Agung Sedayu Group successfully developed a residential, commercial, retail, office, and malls area all across Jabodetabek.
In 2004, Agung Sedayu Group with Salim Group launched a mega project known as Pantai Indah Kapuk. The project becomes the most developed and festive area in the north of Jakarta. Agung Sedayu Group and Salim Group also developed Indonesia’s first reclamation islands, known as Golf Island and Riverwalk.
Salim Group is one of Indonesia’s biggest conglomerate that has been established in 1972 by Sudono Salim. The company owns several assets including Indofood, the world’s largest instant-noodle producer, and Bogasari, a large flour-milling company. Salim Group has been involved in property development including hotel and resort development, golf courses, and commercial real estate for around 30 years.
Sedayu Indo City Mega Project or widely-known as PIK 2 was launched in 2016. With covering area of 1,000 hectare, and 3,000 hectare of future development, PIK 2 provides the complete and advanced facilities from international consultant design collaboration.
